Lightweight, flexible and simple to install, the 50 year old range is a staple example of what has since become know as “Scandinavian Design”. First designed and manufactured in 1949 by architect and designer Nils Strinning, the String system was reissued in 2005 and is available in a range colours and veneers, and is still manufactured in Malmo, Sweden.

String is available in black, white, grey and in walnut, oak and birch veneers, with shelves, baskets or cabinets.

Shelves are sold in packs of three and are available in two different widths: 58 / 78 cm and also two different depths: 20 / 30 cm

The side panels are available with feet at 200 cm high or without feet at 75 cm high.
