The Wait chair was designed in 1997 by Matthew Hilton and realised in 1999. The design has quite a classic appearance, and deliberately dispenses with modern avant-garde. Nevertheless, it is anything but a piece of furniture to hide away in the corner, especially given the recent update to include a further three colour choices. The seating comfort played a very important part in the design for this monobloc chair made from polypropylene. The Wait is easily stackable and can be used both inside and out.
