Designed by Anton de Groof for Tonone, the Bolt lamp series evolved from a fascination with mechanical constructions, giving it a distinctly industrial aesthetic. Bolt makes use of a system of small ball bearings, perforated plates and springs. The joints can be adjusted, and the light source can be moved, by loosening or tightening the springs with a special wingnut key.

The Bolt 6 arm pendant is available in a choice of colours and comes with a wingnut in brass. It is also available as a floor lamp, wall light and desk light.
