Designer Marcel Wanders interprets this fusion, made popular by Sci-Fi genre, as the ceaseless search for new combinations, in a world where it seems there is nothing truly new left to invent.

Cyborg brings together a clear polycarbonate back and opaque monochromatic base, to create a highly durable and versatile chair design.
