Wilkinson & Rivera collection
Wilkinson & Rivera have designed and made two collections for SCP, Baile and Of Nature. Of Nature is a limited-edition series of four chairs designed as a study of actions reflected in a still object. Each chair functions as a suggestion of movement, as if having been frozen in time. Baile features unconventional designs inspired by barley twists that features non-Euclidean geometry.
Handcrafted by the artists in their east London studio, their pieces require tremendous woodworking skill and are often made from locally sourced timber. The result is an intricate design that’s beautiful and tactile.
