The box 2 is a larger version of the Biny wall sconce with an extended LED panel. There is an on/off switch on the base and a ridged wheel on the left side that allows the shutter blinds to be tilted to adjust the directness of the light source.
Description
The Biny box light collection from Jacques Biny exemplifies minimalist design with function as the primary focus. Biny opened Luminialite, his workshop for producing modern lighting, in 1955, with designs ahead of their time, his modern illuminations amounted to over 400 models in his 30-year career.
Material
The main body and shutters are made from powder-coated aluminium with steel components.
