Compared to works of art, Azilal rugs make colourful and striking floor coverings. Hailing from Azilal, in the Atlas Mountains in Morocco, these wool carpets are hand-made by the women of the region. Their designs can be diverse, composed of symbols, block colours and patterns, as each rug derives its unique character from the imagination and narrative of the weaver.
As this is a vintage piece, it may show signs of wear. We recommend viewing it at our showroom before purchasing.
