Lucy Kurrein

Lucy Kurrein is a Paris-based designer who set up her own studio in 2013. Through a vigorous research based approach, Kurrein has established a reputation for creating sophisticated, elegant and timeless product designs. After graduating in Contemporary Furniture and Related Product Design from Buckinghamshire University, she went on to cut her teeth working for some of Britain’s most celebrated contemporary designers such as Matthew Hilton, Tom Lloyd and Luke Pearson. Since, she has designed for manufacturers such as SCP, Capdell, Joined+Jointed and Molinari.

For SCP Kurrein has designed the Lincoln sofa, Elmer sofa, Tepee sofa and the Lily occasional tables.
