Carved by hand from one single tree trunk, Bamileke tables are traditionally used in ceremonies by the chieftains of the Bamileke tribe of Cameroon. This stool, or side table, is carved from a single tree trunk, recalling the tribe's connection to nature and their spiritual heritage. Each will vary slightly in height and diameter from the designs pictured, as they are each carved by hand.
