Melding form with function, J.T. Kalmar and A. Pöll designed the freestanding Dornstab floor light in 1947. The saber-shaped stand is threaded through the lampshade, allowing the shade to be hung at three different heights, making it an ideal reading lamp.

Description
The body of the lamp is crafted from rosewood or wenge, with a black bronze base and a delicate cream shade. The base reflects the lightness of the floor lamp as a whole; all metal parts can be finished in black bronze, matte-black lacquer or polished brass.
