Description
First designed in 1969 by Charles & Ray Eames, the Soft Pad collection shares the elemental simplicity of their classic Aluminium chair design. However, their sewn-on cushions create a more voluptuous silhouette and provide a heightened level of comfort to the sitter.

Materials
Backrest and seat:  chair with medium-high backrest. Three sewn-on cushions with polyurethane foam padding and fabric or leather covers. Side profiles and spreaders in die-cast aluminium, with a polished or chrome-plated finish or powder-coated in deep black.
Armrests:  die-cast aluminium, with a polished or chrome-plated finish or powder-coated in deep black.
Base:  four-star base in die-cast aluminium, with a polished or chrome-plated finish or powder-coated in deep black. Available in two different heights.
