The ISP table light does away with the switch and dimmer and allows for a far more tangible light control. The lamp features a cylindrical brass tube rested on a marble block with a hinged cap on one end. The inner diffuser which contains an integrated LED can be withdrawn to allow all or part of the light, acting as a manual dimmer.
Description
The ISP lighting collection from Designer Ilia Sergeevich Potemine are resolutely contemporary objects. The light is simultaneously historic with a Bauhaus aesthetic and futuristic style that resembles a sci-fi prop. It’s not inspired by any existing lamp, nor is it a reproduction of some obscure design from a bygone era.
Material
The base is made from cut marble in either black, nero Marquina or white Carrara. The body and cap are made from polished brass with a tubular polycarbonate internal diffuser.
