The Mati tray by Sebastian Herkner for Zanat is a very elegant wooden object with a “levitating” tray supported by three hand-carved feet also made in thin plates of solid wood. The carving pattern is inspired by the microscopic view of wood, which reveals its arresting cellular structure. The tray feels even more special with its carvings on the inside. Made of black stained maple.
