Designed by George Carwardine, the Original 1227 wall light combines chrome fittings and coloured braided cable for a contemporary twist to the retro aesthetic of the lamp. The built-in switch and rotative shade make it a practical solution lighting which can be easily adapted to any situation.

Description
British lighting brand Anglepoise has a 70-year history and iconic design aesthetic. Their table lamps and task lights are characterised by a pioneering balance mechanism developed in the 1930s. Remaining true to George Carwardine's pioneering design, the Type 75 was developed by Sir Kenneth Grange in the 1970s.

 

Material
Steel or ceramic shade, arms and plated fittings painted in matt finish. Die-cast aluminium wall plate.
