Perambulations No.15 - Kentish Town to Camden

Stefi Orazi | Things You Can Buy

£5.50

The bomb damage suffered in Kentish Town during World War II resulted in several infill housing schemes by both Camden Council and individual young architects, such as Richard Burton, Ted Cullinan and Tom Kay, who chose to build innovative and affordable homes for themselves.

This guide begins at Kentish Town Station and weaves its way to Camden, taking in notable buildings, as well as some lesser known gems such as the Corbusian houses designed by David Wild.
