Seki-Han floor light

Tobia Scarpa | Flos

£1,417.00

Originally designed by Tobia Scarpa in 1963 and reimagined by Flos in close collaboration with the designer, the Seki-Han Floor Light is a poetic expression of wood and light. Composed of two sculptural wooden blades that enclose a tubular light source, the design draws on Scarpa’s deep understanding of woodworking and naval architecture. In the 2025 edition, the blades are now mobile, allowing precise modulation of light intensity and direction while preserving a constant, evocative glow.

Each piece embodies a dialogue between tradition and innovation, material and technique - remaining true to the spirit of the original while meeting contemporary needs.
