A piece of Italian design history created by the Castiglioni brothers in 1960 and reintroduced by Flos in 2006. The Taraxacum has a steel structure coated in cocoon resin that gives a lovely, unique feel to the light. Available in two sizes, Taraxacum looks stunning in open spaces such as hallways or positioned over dining tables.
Description
The Cocoon, initially used by the US Army as a protective material for packaging, has belonged to Flos’ identity since the beginning of its history in 1960 when this special resin gave birth to several iconic pieces designed by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni.
