Ruutu Collection by Iittala
Created by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, the Ruutu (which means “diamond” in Finnish) vase might be simple in shape but it takes the most skilled craftsmen in the glass factory to produce. The vases are mouth-blown into a steel mold and polished by hand. Each vase is a simplified masterpiece taking seven craftsmen and twenty-four hours to produce in the Iittala glass factory.
