The chests of drawers are available in two widths, 78 and 58 cm, and one depth, 30 cm. The chests of drawers fit into all 30 cm deep wire and plex panels from String® System. They are designed with two drawers to offer hidden storage in your shelving combination. The chests of drawers are a great fit in either the hallway, living room or kids’ room where the need for hidden storage often is big. Chest of drawer w58 x d30 x h42 cm has internal dimensions (for each drawer) depth 23.7 cm, width 51.3 cm and height 16 cm. Chest of drawer w78 x d30 x h42 cm has internal dimensions (for each drawer) depth 23.7 cm, width 71.3 cm and height 16 cm. The chests of drawers are delivered unassembled.

Description
Lightweight, flexible and simple to install, the 50 year old range is a staple example of what has since become known as “Scandinavian Design”. First designed and manufactured in 1949 by architect and designer Nils "Nisse" Strinning, the String system was reissued in 2005 and is available in a range colours and veneers, and is still manufactured in Malmo, Sweden.

Materials
Veneered particleboard. The surface is treated with a clear lacquer with gloss 5. - Wood is a living material and can therefore naturally change its appearance over time, especially when the surface is exposed to direct sunlight.
